Dr. Jay C. Hazen is a 1991 graduate of the Marquette University Dental School. He has several hundred hours of continuing education credits in all phases of dentistry including intensive training and education in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry.


Our newly-remodeled facility, Dentistry for Madison, is equipped with only the best and newest in dental technologies and equipment. These include digital x-rays to reduce your exposure to radiation by 85 percent, intra-oral cameras to allow us to show you the work we're doing and a CAD CAM computer called a Cerec to allow us to create inlays, onlays and crowns in just one appointment.
