Sam began his career in Los Angeles selling American and European couture fashions as co-founder of his own company. He began his real estate career in Los Angeles as well in 1996, where he catered to celebrities and motion picture industry executives.

Sam transferred his expertise to the New York market in 2005. He enjoys providing exceptional service to a discerning clientèle who are seeking or selling luxury properties in any neighborhood of Manhattan.

With the arts and design his longtime passions, Sam studied Theater at Niagara University in Lewiston, NY and at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Los Angeles. He holds a BFA in Interior Design from Villa Maria College in Buffalo New York.
