"Our move through NYC Moving Manhattan Movers 10007 was not only a large move but also had several stop offs and pick ups from different locations and they pretty much nailed them all perfectly. First was our home in Bloomington, IN from a large 4 bedroom house that required full packaging services (200 assorted boxes supplied and packed) and also 3 large pieces needed what they called specialty packing, bubble wrapping, crating and furniture pads. After they loaded that they needed to head over to our storage unit 30 miles away and pack and load another several thousand pounds. Then they had to go to our sons house to pack and load a good amount of items. This took 2 days to do and then they headed over to our delivery address in Las Vegas. We met the driver Alex and his 2 helpers 5 days later for the offload and everything on that end went just as well as the pick-up portion of the move. We wound up tipping the gentleman Anthony being the foreman we gave him $500.00 and the 2 helpers $250.00 a piece and apparently people do not often tip movers because they were so thankful it was almost embarrassing. I would use them again if we ever had to move and rest assured, if anyone we know or come into contact with is moving in the future you can be certain that NYC Moving Manhattan Movers 10007 will always be considered due to the move and great service they provided on our move. Thank you so much for that Affordable MOVE! I'm glad that you have set us with a good mover that helped us big time. Actually were supposed to move out with a different company but unfortunately they did not show up on time. They were supposed to pick us on Monday. We waited till Tuesday evening and then called you guys because I thought it would be wiser to contact you instead of individual moving companies. You have several moving companies associated with you so of course you will be able to arrange something and thank you so much for standing beside me in times of distress. The moving professionals that you assigned were real moving experts. Tried everything to make my move faster and easier. Now you are the only one that I can think of, whenever I think of moving.

The guys of NYC Moving Manhattan Movers were very helpful providing us with their excellent moving service last week when we hired them to move our 3 bedroom townhouse from Brooklyn to Staten Island. I used this reputable local moving company NYC Moving Manhattan Movers for my move as well as my office move locally here. Dave was exceptional in leading his movers' team, while moving my furniture including some really heavy items and boxes. Not only were my moves done efficiently, but they also wrapped with like personal care all of my items and saved me time and headaches from doing it myself. I was also working on a tight budget and they gave me a good flat rate price, and the entire service was excellent! What else can I say regarding their moving service? If moving is a service you need, you should use ! Great value and friendly experienced staff!

I first want to express how friendly their staff was; their foreman Mike, Chris and the other guy from the company's Customer service his name is Andrew were great. They arrived right on time and went straight to work wrapping my furniture and stacking boxes. They were fast, efficient and very professional and worked with care. This local moving company was recommended to me by a friend who had hired them twice previously and was very pleased. I called the Office and got a very competitive price quote after describing the job. They provided me with what they call an "All-inclusive, Flat-rate Quote”, you know in the beginning what price you will pay, no ugly surprises. When the guys finished my 2 bedroom move locally I paid $420 including tips, they didn't charge me for a travel time, no fuel taxes whatever and I will definitely call these movers again as well as recommend this moving service provider and consider them one of the Best local moving companies in the area. I would recommend this locally operated moving company to anyone that is moving. Their customer service was outstanding and their staff were professional, friendly and fast! I have moved almost every two years for the last decade and have always had one disaster or another. I gave this moving service provider a try because they were eco-friendly (which pleased my wife) and their customer service representative was so much more informative about the details about the rates and the price quote and our insurance information. Their price is more reasonable than the other moving companies in the area can offer. So, I scheduled my move without any doubts. On my moving day, I was nervous because the movers called and said they were running a few minutes late but they showed up only 15 minutes late. Their staff was very friendly and English-speaking and the foreman his name is Andrew was very professional and explained the process and how the next 4-5 hours would be outlined. He went over all the paperwork and they got right to work. They got the whole thing packed and loaded in 3 and 1/2 hours!!! I was told that my delivery could take as long as 4 business days (which worried me), but I got my stuff in 2 days! The delivery driver was friendly and professional and there was no one box damaged. The final price for the whole packing/moving service was $1750 and it was exactly the money I was given the estimate to pay from the very beginning! All things considered it was the smoothest move I've had to date. I will be referring people from my department at work . I hope they have the same experience I did! Thanks a bunch guys for the best moving service received in the last 8 years, the customer service was very helpful explaining all the details regarding the price, their packing and long distance rates, the personal care was outstanding and my communication was such an easy with the entire staff! Robert and his team arrived on time, and were incredibly professional. They packed my whole place, and set everything up in the new location perfectly. Best move I've ever experienced.

We were a little nervous at first, as their price was on the lower end of the scale among the movers we talked to. We were also a bit confused since their rating and online reputation was among the highest. We wanted a great mover but didn?t know if that?s what we got. That is, until the men started working. They were true professional movers, clearly trained in their work. They came with the right tools, different kind of dollies, and had a solution for everything - they managed to move our fridge out of the apartment by hoisting it over the counter. I thought we will be forced to leave it behind, but they managed the move without a hitch.

I moved in New York. Mike was able to schedule me the very next day and told me i would receive my delivery in less than 6 days..I received it in only 4 days!! The movers were super nice and professional. All my stuff got to Fl in one piece, nothing missing. There WERE some additional charges for packing materials BUT these were all disclosed to me in the beginning so it didnt catch me by surprise. Overall, HIGHLY RECOMMEND :).

I picked these guys because they were among the top rated on Google, and I was not disappointed. They showed up on time and moved us quickly and safely. They even cleared out our storage unit! James and his team were careful and did not waste time. They even found my wife's diamond earrings loose on the floor and returned them to us. A small table did get damaged in the move, but they did a decent repair job on it for free. They even bought back our unused boxes. I would absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing!! My boyfriend and I have always moved ourselves with no problem and we expected the same when we came to Brooklyn. Even with a prime parking spot in front of our new home, we nearly died from exhaustion after unloading 1/3 of the truck -- and that didn't even include any of the furniture. I quickly dialed Lenny at NYC Moving Manhattan Movers and within a half hour he had a solution for us -- reasonably priced at that. Within 45 minutes, the rest of our stuff was professionally moved to our 4th floor apartment. These guys work fast and understand the pains (and expenses) of moving. I know if I ever need moving help in the future, NYC Moving Manhattan Movers will be my top choice.

They packed everything efficiently and everything was packed and loaded onto the truck by 1:30p.m and my new apartment was unloaded by 4pm! The movers were all great and reassuring. They were very careful with our antiques and the packing was done well. We were very pleased with the service from our very initial phone call. This is the first time we used NYC Moving Manhattan Movers and we will definetly use them again in the future.

I had to find a reliable moving company for my last minute move from my old apartment in Manhattan to my new place in West New York, NJ. It took me about 1 hour to check local movers and find this company and it took them 30 minutes to arrive to my place ready to work. The staff was friendly and definitely well prepared and experienced, their foreman Andrew was nice and it was a pleasure to communicate with their Customer service lady Ann. It took our movers about 4 hours to completely pack and move my stuff to new place in NJ and the price was very reasonable, I believe $95 per hour for 3 guys without any hidden charges like travel time etc. is the best deal in Manhattan! They sent a truck with a very short notice and as promised. The movers that arrived to my house were more than just "movers" they were just so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend NYC Moving Manhattan Movers!!! We hired them on July 29th to take a truckload from 1 house and 3 storage units and move it all under one roof-a total nightmare for us no matter which way you look at it. Our 4 guys showed up on time and extremely professional and never even blinked an eye when they found out how big the job was actually going to be. They totally rolled with it, they were fast, courteous, carefully packed and moved everything as if it were there own despite all the lugging and me barking orders on where everything was supposed to go (2 floors plus a basement!). They were a great bunch of guys and Harry was wonderful on the phone which was why we went with them in the first place, well, that and she offered the best price around! My aunt will be moving in Sept. and I have already referred her to NYC Moving Manhattan Movers. They totally made a potentially stressful move seem like such a breeze-they were great!!!

"We arranged to have our house packed up and moved on October 26th. Mike, Alex and Georges came on the 26th at 8am and began working almost immediately, writing down every piece and stickering every box, they put sticky plastic floor covering down on our carpets, cardboard and padding on our hardwood flooring. These 3 men did not stop for a second until everything was wrapped, marked, and loaded which took about 5 hours. After the packing was finished, they picked up our things from Manhattan Mini Storage and delivered everything to Selden, Long Island. They unwrapped everything and it was all intact and in the same condition as it went into their truck. In our opinion, we couldn't have chosen a better more professional company. Our final price including the packing was $3,511.00 which was $290.00 less than the estimate, and we tipped the Ian $500.00 for the job well done. If we ever have to move again, we will be using this Moving Company and will pass on the good word about them and how they operate."

"For the past few years I moved 3 times. Moving was always a hard process that use to be a difficult expensive experience. I was recommended by a friend to try NYC Moving Manhattan Movers; and since I couldn't find even one moving company I could trust on in the past, I called NYC Moving Manhattan Movers Moving Company to check rates and to get an estimate. NYC Moving Manhattan Movers different approach was felt immediately; I was given decent rates and a reasonable estimate of time, despite my poor experience in the past; I felt that this time I was given all the information, so there was no room for extra bizarre charges at the end of the move. The move itself was preformed smoothly with a qualified professional fast crew that explained and reported me through out the move about each and every step they make. During the move I also received another Phone call from the company to make sure I'm pleased with the service and to verify all's well. I recommended all my friends to try NYC Moving Manhattan Movers the next time they move and even though it's been almost a month since I've moved I'm still impressed with the professional way I was treated"

"NYC Moving Manhattan Movers went only by the inventory I gave them. Flatrate came at $250 more than NYC Moving Manhattan Movers and they had more negative reviews so we chose NYC Moving Manhattan Movers. Moishe's quote was thirteen hunded dollars more than NYC Moving Manhattan Movers', but their services included full packing of our stuff (so we wouldn't have to pack in advance) plus the cost of boxes. They dropped their estimate $600 when I showed them the lower quotes from Flatrate and NYC Moving Manhattan Movers, which makes me think they were trying to rip me off in the first place by quoting me an inflated rate... on the day of the move, the NYC Moving Manhattan Movers crew showed up 20 mins early (yes, early, I was surprised too). We had to pay $22 extra in tolls, a charge that wasn't brought up when we received the estimate. We also paid $110 for travel time, but this was included in the estimate (I tried to negotiate a lower charge for this in advance but wasn't successful). The estimate was a flat rate, so no surprises at the end (besides the aforementioned toll charge). We did have to pay for some extra boxes, but we knew the price per box beforehand. Please note that we had packed all of our stuff in advance, except a few bulky things. The price quoted included 5 wardrobe boxes, but the supervisor said he would add additional ones at no charge, if needed (I don't think we needed extra). We bought $50 insurance just in case. The movers were carefull with our stuff, including our two big-screen TVs and pedestals. All our glass items (coffee table, TV pedestal pieces, mirrors) made it intact. There was no damage to our furniture or my electronic equipment and 88-key synthesizer. We had four movers and they were all polite. So far, nothing is missing, i think they delivered everything as expected, including the stuff they packed (four medium sized boxes). The movers worked fast. They took two short breaks, one at each location (we bought them coffee and munchies from Dunkin Donuts, which they seemed to appreciate). At the end we tipped them 20% of the total bill (I originally gave them 18% but they asked for a bit more, which I didn't have much trouble giving them). Overall, we had a very good experience. NYC Moving Manhattan Movers made our move less stressful. I would use them again and would recommend their services."

"Best price in Manhattan.Great experience! Wonderful customer service!! I had a couple guys move me from New York City to Hoboken New Jersey on one day's notice. It was a 2 bedroom apartment move, moving me from Manhattan Mini Storage on South Street into long-term storage in Hoboken. They did an amazing job, providing me with all costs before i signed up. I heard good things about NYC Moving Manhattan Movers through a friend who hired this moving company 2 or so years ago for his move from Brentwood Long Island to Yonkers, and I definatelly agreed with my friend at the end. I booked my move with Anna and she was awesome and beyond professional, after booking I then delt with Andrew the operations manager and he was equally a joy to deal with. This is my 4th long distance move and NYC Movers just exceede my expectations in every way possible. The day of the pick up the movers showed up on time with great attitudes and positive energy, these guys wrapped and packed my items with care to perfection. "We moved from Fort Lee to Miami, FL and decided to hire this company. We were given a start window of 8-9am, and they arrived at 8am sharp. Before I knew it, all of the furniture was packed! The team (4 members in total) worked non-stop and were extremely quick yet ensured that every piece of furniture was fully protected. My last moving experience was not at all great. I have never seen harder, more diligent movers. All of them were also very pleasant and had no problems with my numerous special requests. The overall move took less time than my expectation and we received our stuff in FL on the 5th day. The price was very fair - there was no hidden extra, and the rates for additional materials was much less than we expected. Overall, this was a good move!"

"NYC Moving Manhattan Movers did a great job for me. They moved me from Manhattan to Miami, FL. When I called the office they were more than helpful in making sure I got the information I needed or asked for. Their pricing was great compared to other quotes. When they showed up (on time) they started right in and humped the things that needed to be packed quick and efficiently. They did not drag their feet to prolong the process. In fact we finished well ahead of my expectations by hours. There was no breakage of my belongings either. They wrapped and packed things very well. I had over 15 large pieces of glass from table tops and mirrors that they loaded, moved and unloaded without any problems. They were upbeat and happy to be working. We also had a pick-up at a storage unit. This was no problem and they packed the truck with the stop planned to make unloading quicker. I truly did appreciate the job that they completed.They were on time for pick up and delivery and the price they quoted me was a "No Excuse Price". The price did not change. No damage and the guys that packed and moved us were efficent and very friendly. I would highly recommend them. Great job guys!"

Just a note of thanks for your services on Saturday. George and Said are wonderful guys. They arrived early and could not have been more courteous, helpful, and professional. Got quotes from other "top" moving companies and their rates were double. New York Movers is professional, reliable and great to work with. THis is the first time I got movers and I was annoyed at how expensive some of the other quotes were. Thankfully I relied on the reviews posted here and called up for a quote. It was affordable and stress-free. They were flexible with the amount of boxes I expected to have and they were polite at all times. The movers arrived on time, did their job and left without incident. They worked hard and never came across as threatening or sketchy. I never write reviews but I felt this company deserved the praise. I highly recommend NYC Moving Manhattan Movers !

Reserved a truck with 4 movers on short notice. They showed up on-time, worked fast and efficient (5th story w/ busted elevator to 4th floor walk-up). All of our furniture was securely wrapped- and everything arrived intact, including the dishes I had haphazardly packed. Guys were a pleasure to work with and this was a smooth transaction all the way. Reasonable rates even after a hefty tip that they more than deserved. Had me sipping margaritas by noon on move-day.
