Flor de Sol is a Spanish Tapas Restaurant & Bar, located in Restaurant Row of Down Town Tribeca. Co-owners and sisters, Claudia Duran and Diana Gouchee, along with Kevin Gouchee opened this authentic Spanish Taverna in 1997. The sisters wanted to bring their culture to this neighborhood, show casing the variety of tapas from Southern Spain to the favorable Sangria, to the Candlelit Gothic interior, that seduces you the minute you walk in the door. Flor de Sol was created to educate patrons on Tapas, to savor Spain’s nostalgic dishes, to enjoy the Flamenco rhythms; let us invite you to do just that, let the atmosphere consume you, learn and love.
