Setá, a contemporary dining establishment, complete with steakhouse favorites showcasing critically acclaimed Executive Chef Hugo Molina's Modern American Cuisine with Spanish and Asian influences, is located in the heart of historic uptown Whittier. Chef Molina hand selects and prepares all of the steaks over mesquite wood. At Seta we believe in using sustainable farming and organically grown produce resources and provide our own eco friendly water filtration system.
Cocktail creations are hand crafted with premium liquors, house made infusions and seasonal, organic ingredients. Each cocktail has been thoughtfully placed on our menu to enhance and compliment Chef Molina’s creations.
Designed by Akar Studios, Seta’s interior seamlessly transforms throughout the afternoon and evening from a sophisticated yet relaxed dining atmosphere into a late night dining lounge. Outdoor dining is available for a more casual experience and can accommodate up to 20 guests. Seta offers private dining and event space complete with a private bar and catering is available for any size event.
The Lounge:
The Seta Lounge is an open invitation to combining culinary styles and influences, making for a truly ecclectic experience. Whatever the cultural reference, food is all about the state of mind and the unhurried exuberant approach to sharing. Executive Chef Hugo Molina has created a Lounge Menu meant to be shared and is served throughout the entire restaurant during dinner hours. The tantalizing Dinner Menu is also available in the Seta Lounge.
Private Dining:
Seta's Aubergine is available for private parties complete with a separate bar, entrance and iPod docking station for those looking to include their own vibe. The Aubergine room can be utilized for a cocktail party or a sit down dinner depending on capacity. Seta is also available for buy-outs for larger events.
