Kollie Law

As a criminal defense attorney in Medford Oregon, I specialize in defending Second Amendment rights and represent clients facing major felony and firearm arrests throughout Oregon. I am the principal attorney of Kollie Law, located in Medford, Oregon, and I have extensive experience in criminal law, having practiced in almost every county in Oregon as well as the Federal Courts.

I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon, and I obtained my law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law after graduating from Oregon State University. During my second year of law school, I worked as a law clerk on criminal and DUII defense matters in the Portland Metro Area. As a third-year law student, I interned with the Lane County Public Defender's Office and later worked at a boutique criminal defense and DUII law firm in Portland, Oregon, where I trained under former prosecutors and experienced defense attorneys. I have taken on hundreds of cases and am certified by NHTSA and IACP to conduct field sobriety tests. I use my expertise to assist clients in DMV hearings and DUI trials throughout Oregon.
I have also helped countless individuals by instructing CHL classes, challenging the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms, and assisting in obtaining Federal Firearms Licenses.

My experience and training have made me an ideal trial attorney. After practicing law in Portland for over seven years and in Bend for six years, I moved my family to Medford, Oregon in 2021. I am married and the proud father of twin boys, and I enjoy spending time with my family, running, hiking, hunting, and shooting.
